Yes. The tool is free to use. Tipping on the support page is optional but helps cover server costs and upgrades.
How long are archives kept?
Download links stay valid for about a week. After that, archives are automatically deleted from the server.
Why only one job at a time?
To keep things fair and stable, each IP can only run one archive job at once. Start a new one after the current job finishes or expires.
Why is there a 500 video limit?
- Each archive job on this small server uses a lot of CPU, bandwidth, and temporary storage.
- Capping jobs at 500 videos keeps things responsive for everyone and reduces the risk of crashes.
- As the project matures and receives more support, this limit will be raised so you can archive larger profiles in one go.
Using history and job IDs
- Your recent jobs are saved locally under “Your Archives” on this browser.
- If you refresh or close the page, in-progress jobs will still appear there with their status.
- You can click “Open Status” to reconnect to a job, or “Copy ID” if you want to save it elsewhere.
Server limits and performance
- A banner at the very top will appear if the server is under heavy load; runs might be slower then.
- Live stats on the support page show CPU, memory, and archive storage usage for this tiny server.
- If the site feels slow, you can try again later or support the project to help fund more capacity.
Privacy and safety
- No accounts or logins are required to use the tool.
- No ad trackers or analytics pixels are added to these pages; only minimal operational logs are kept.
- Once an archive expires and is deleted, the ZIP file is no longer stored on the server.
